Community Reentry

The Community Reentry Team is a group of representatives from different bridge churches serving together as one body impacting the lives of participants that have served their time. Working to reduce recidivism within their community.

The Community Reentry Team is dedicated to helping participants transition from incarceration into society.  We are dedicated to making the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible by providing much-needed resources.  These resources include, but are not limited to: Church Community,   Bible Studies, support groups, mentoring, information on housing, medical, food pantries, clothing banks, counseling, resume writing job skills, and placement.
