Arlene Sy-Rankin served with the Center for Community Transformation (CCT) Group of Ministries in the Philippines, where she dedicated over a decade to empowering communities through faith-driven programs. She has led initiatives in education, social enterprise, and leadership development, as well as strategic partnerships and communications, working alongside educators, social workers, and ministry leaders nationwide.

She is passionate about Kingdom impact, volunteer engagement, and leadership development, and has been invloved in the governance of Christian NGOs in the Philippines. Arlene currently serves as C0-Director of Training for PEER Servants, a Boston-based Christian nonprofit partnering with a global network of ministries to extend the Kingdom.

Now based in the United States, Arlene continues to serve globally through training, mentoring, and collaboration with partner ministries. She is happily married to Dennis Rankin and shares the same heartbeat for the marginalized.
